after running about 11km the other day, today I think I just broke my own record by blading for about 24.6km. (distance according to sgforums.com and my own evaluation). To and fro from the Fort Road C1 carpark to the park connector that ends just before the Changi Coastal Road.
Not too sure how long I took but started at about 5+ and reached home at about 7+...
Feeling quite accomplished and satisfied.

Who says growing old means staying put on my couch munching away?
and time, of course is what I make outta it.
